Fusing is an ancient technique used to permanently connect precious metals. Cleaner and less toxic than soldering, it is a great introduction to torch work. Already know how to use a torch? Come and further your fire-manipulation skills. In addition, students will also work with wire-wrapping, hammering, surface texturing and polishing. No experience is necessary. BOYB: bring/buy your own beads for embellishment. The materials fee paid to the instructor covers all other supplies, handouts and use of tools.
