Created by popular demand, the focus of this workshop is to take students from their design ideas to customizing their personal fabrication process. Techniques and topics that students can choose from include: using an artist's book, resources, strategical planning, transferring patterns, cutting, filing, soldering, making small or large bezel, hammering, exploring surface textures and cold connecting components to create a finished piece. As always the processes are kept simple, safe and toxic free. No experience necessary, however students with prior metal smithing experience will go further faster! The materials fee paid to the instructor covers all materials, handouts, and use of tools. Please bring non-tinted safety or reading glasses, design ideas, a sketchbook and dress for a mess.

Please be sure to read our policies regarding classes and registration. And, be sure the dates and times work for you; All Class Sales Are Final. No Exceptions.
